Ian has held General Management responsibilities in a number of Public and Private Companies. Property development and facilities management were an inherent part of these roles.

He is fully involved in the evaluation of new projects, the development of selected properties, and the working relationships with consultants and our project partners.

As General Manager of CPR Projects since 1994, Ian has overseen the successful completion of a number of projects in the Sydney market.

Ian is a highly talented market researcher and analyst. His qualifications include BFTech and MBA, Melbourne University.

Rob is a Chartered Accountant with over 30 years of experience in public practice covering Specialist Taxation Services, Audit and Business Services generally.

Responsible for the Corporate side of the business, he provides CPR with a wealth of experience and expertise in a broad range of business and industries. Rob actively manages relationships with banks and project partners.

Rob’s qualifications and registrations include Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia, Registered Company Auditor, Registered Tax Agent, Bachelor of Business Degree, and Justice of the Peace.
